Who we are

i-Voice is a service provided by i-Sourcer, 106 Carter Lane, Mansfield, Notts NG18 3DH (company registration 09880451). i-Sourcer is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the service you’re interested in, the approximate size of your database and your message.

We also record some technical information with your enquiry: your IP address, browser type, the page you enquired from and, if you arrived from one of our emails or campaigns, which campaign it was.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk to you about i-Voice, including arranging a meeting or proof of concept.
• To keep a record of our conversations with you in our customer relationship management system.
• To understand which of our campaigns are working, so we can improve them.
• To protect the website and form from spam and misuse.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our business, and, where you ask us to, taking steps before entering into a contract with you.

Emails from us

After you enquire we’ll send you a short confirmation email and John will be in touch about your enquiry. If we send you any marketing emails about i-Voice or i-Sourcer, every one will include a link to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to stop at any time by contacting John.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and respond to you, such as our website hosting provider and our email delivery provider and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics, who process it on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and we review our records regularly. If you ask us to delete your details we will, unless we need to keep something for legal reasons. If you unsubscribe from our emails we keep a minimal record of your email address so we can make sure you aren’t contacted again.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to object to direct marketing at any time. To use any of these rights, contact John using the details above.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
